At Longobardi Marina, on the Tyrrhenian coast of the Province of Cosenza, a few kilometres from the famous tourist resort of Paola, stands the restaurant bar Gaudio. Modern, elegant and surrounded by greenery, the restaurant, opened in 1979, is also a reception hall, with a seating capacity of 350.

At the restaurant bar Gaudio delicious local specialities are very carefully prepared, but so also are typical traditional Calabrian and Mediterranean dishes, presented with great creativity and flair. Among the many dishes offered, apart from the excellent seafood starters, exquisite and extremely fresh fish-based first courses can be enjoyed, such as the risotto with shellfish and vegetables in breadcrumbs or the appetising “fusilli allo scoglio”.
